For virtual products like custom wallpapers or astrology reports, you will receive your item via email within 1-2 business days. Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout.
We are happy to accept returns or exchanges of unused physical products that are in resellable condition within 30 days of shipment. Customers are responsible for both the shipping and return costs. Due to the unique nature of virtual products, they cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered.
