Physical Products Shipping

For physical products, we require 2 to 3 working days on average to process and fulfill your order before dispatching it. Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 2 to 10 business days, depending on your country or region. Please consider any holidays, natural disasters, or pandemics may impact delivery times.

 

Virtual Items Delivery

For virtual products, such as custom digital wallpapers or astrology reports, there is no physical shipping involved. After your purchase, you will receive your virtual product within 1-2 business days via email. Please ensure that the email address provided during checkout is accurate, as the delivery of your virtual item will be sent to this address.

 

Pre-Ordered or Back-Ordered Items

If your order includes any pre-ordered or back-ordered items, we will ship the available items immediately. The pre-ordered or back-ordered items will be dispatched as soon as they become available. If you ordered more than one item and receive only part of your order, don't worry—your remaining items will be shipped shortly after.

 

Tracking Your Order

For physical products, you will receive a confirmation email and/or text message with a tracking ID and a link to follow your package’s journey once your order is dispatched. To track your package, you can visit our Tracking Page. Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to update.

 

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is entered at checkout. Lost/Stolen Packages

Luminous Vibe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
