Return Policy

Luminous Vibe offers a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 15 business days, excluding the original shipping fees. Due to the digital nature of virtual items, they are non-returnable once accessed.

 

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, customers should contact us at support@luminousvibe.com. Upon approval, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the package back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. After shipping the return, please send the return tracking number to us via email at support@luminousvibe.com.

 

Return Conditions

We can only accept returns for items that are unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. If the item has been used or damaged after use, we cannot process the return. For virtual items, due to their digital nature, they cannot be returned or refunded once accessed.

 

Non-returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Virtual items (due to their digital nature, once accessed, they cannot be returned)
  • Gift cards

 

International Returns

For international customers, returns are accepted, but both the original shipping costs and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the return is successfully delivered. Any customs duties or taxes paid on the original order are non-refundable. Please contact our customer service team at support@luminousvibe.com for further instructions on how to return an item from abroad.

 

Partial Refunds

If you are returning part of a multi-item order, we will process a partial refund for the returned items. The refund will be based on the price of the returned items, excluding any shipping fees. Please ensure the items are unused, in resellable condition, and include the original packaging. Once we receive the returned items, the partial refund will be processed within 15 business days.

 

Delayed Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days of our confirmation that we’ve received your returned item, please take the following steps:

  1. Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take additional time for the refund to post to your account.
  2. Check for delays: Some banks or credit card companies may take longer to process refunds.
  3. If you still haven’t received your refund, contact us at support@luminousvibe.com with your order number and return tracking information, and we will investigate the issue.
